Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product arrives damaged due to shipping. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect device selection, or customer-caused damage.

Eligible Conditions To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and damaged due to a shipping or manufacturing defect. Items that have been applied to a device are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return Email hello@skins.pk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Options Once your return is approved we offer either a product exchange for the same item or a bank transfer refund to your provided account. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized skins, sale items, and items damaged due to incorrect application are not eligible for returns or refunds.
