By using the Skins.pk website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Skins.pk is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling vinyl device skins. All purchases are subject to these terms.
2. Product Accuracy We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences. These are not grounds for return.
3. Device Compatibility It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct device brand and model when placing an order. Skins.pk is not liable for skins ordered for an incorrect device. Please double-check your device details before adding to cart.
4. Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
5. Order Confirmation An order is only confirmed once payment is received (for online orders) or accepted by our team (for COD orders). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
6. Payments We accept Cash on Delivery, online bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
7. Shipping & Delivery Shipping is charged at Rs.249 per order and delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. Skins.pk is not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
8. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping, within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property All designs, images, logos, and content on Skins.pk are the property of Skins.pk. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability Skins.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
